Connecticut Entomological Society
About the CES
Founded in 1949 as the New Haven Entomological Society, the Connecticut Entomological Society was established to promote entomology in Connecticut, and encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences related to the science of entomology among its members and the general public.
We have meetings during the academic year, on the third Friday of most months (except December). Membership is open to all individuals interested in entomology, whether professional or amateur. Active members are those who have paid their annual dues, and are entitled to vote on society actions. All talks, lectures and discussions are open to the public.
